  First of all I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  
  I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.
  
  I have had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
  I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just

  After I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are
  added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment.
  
  Perhaps there is a means you are able to remove me
