  First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if
  you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear
  your head prior to writing. I've had trouble clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out
  there. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure
  out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Kudos!

  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment.
  Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Many
