  I do not know whether it's just me or if perhaps everybody else
  encountering problems with your blog. It appears as though
  some of the written text within your posts are
  running off the screen. Can someone else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to
  them too? This might be a problem with my internet browser because

  When I initially commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever
  a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment.
  
  There has to be an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?
